Sleep deprivation is something I understand personally. My journey began 13 years ago with my own daughter, whose night-time crying and disrupted sleep patterns sparked my passion for helping other families.

That challenging first year with my daughter transformed my perspective as a health professional. It drove me to deeply understand sleep challenges and find gentle, effective solutions for families facing similar struggles.

Through 17 years of practice as a health visitor, working with hundreds of families, I’ve learned that every child’s sleep journey is unique. It’s completely natural for babies to seek closeness with their parents throughout the night.
